1. Monitoring HIPP Request submissions

1. Monitoring HIPP Request submissions

The method below provides instructions on how to monitor for new HIPP Requests. As we do not have a notification scheme within the Survey Coordination Tool, this method should be repeated on a daily basis to ensure all requests are forwarded to the HIPP in a timely manner.

1

Login to the Survey Coordination Tool as an administrator and click on “HIPP”.

2

Open the HippRequestSentRegister.xlxs and sort the spreadsheet by the Date sent column with the most recent item at the top. (Please right click and open in a new tab to view the sheet and instructions together.)

3

Compare the content of the spreadsheet with the listing in the survey coordination tool for any new requests. The HIPP list in the tool is sorted by the most recent date, so the newest requests should be at the top of the list.

*Note - as this process was designed after the implementation of the HIPP record, it is important to monitor the first few items on the list carefully until we start to see the two lists (excel and SCT) begin to match. ie as we move forward the top HIPP item will match the top item on the s.sheet.
