AusSeabed Client Requests

The purpose of this section is to provide standard operating procedures for staff who are answering client requests on behalf of the Marine Section.

This section covers:

• The AusSeabed Standard client request workflow

• The AusSeabed Bespoke client request workflow

• Common client requests and email responses, to be used in conjunction with the standard workflow

• Instructions for how to set up a “Check In Style” in Outlook, in order to save email requests and responses to HPE Content Manager

• The AusSeabed OPS support for HIPP Sediment samples
