Confirming Data Submission Tool users

Hi [Client Name],
I am responsible for confirming the user profiles within the AusSeabed Data Submission Tool, and I can see that a user has self-registered using this email address.
If you have completed a Contributing Data Provider Intent Form (see attached), we will use this to confirm your account. If not please reply to this email with the completed document and we can confirm your acount and file this for continued use.
Once your account is confirmed you wil receive an email with further instructions to login. This login process will create a personalised and secure Amazon s3 account for you to upload your data.
