Editing or adding a new organisation:

Outlined below are the steps required to edit, or to set up a new Organisation within the Survey Coordination Tool.

1 | Access the administration UI by clicking on the cog control on the top right of the coordination tool screen. *Cog is only available to administrators in the system. |  |
2 | Select Organisation from the left hand portion of the screen. |  |
3 | Search for the organisation that you are wanting to set up. This step is simply to ensure that it has not been set up previously. | |
3a | If the organisation is found, there is no need to setup a new entry for the organisation. | |
4 | If no result is found from step 3, click on the Add New button at the bottom of the central panel *Note the central and right hand panel will stack vertically when displayed on a smaller device such as a tablet. In this instance, the add new will be at the bottom of the top, right hand panel. | |
