·Mean and Standard Deviation: Calculate the mean and standard deviation of backscatter intensities across the mosaic. Consistent statistics across different sections indicate good normalization, while outliers may suggest residual artifacts.
Cross-Swath Consistency: Analyse the consistency of backscatter values across different swaths. Inconsistent values might indicate issues with beam pattern correction or swath-to-swath normalization.
