Once a user has self registered within the tool, the system administrator must then confirm their login before they are able to access records that belong to their organisation.
*Note - this includes records that they have created, assigned to their organisation. Because the user has not yet been assigned an organisation, they will not be able to see any records.
To complete the registration of an unconfirmed user, follow the steps below:
