Outlined below are the steps required to set up a new Organisation within the Survey Coordination Tool. Within the tool there are two lists of organisations maintained:

  1. Custodians - this list reflects the organisations belonging to the registered users of the system and it is assigning these organisations to a user, that allows a user to create, edit or remove records belonging to the organisation.

  2. Organisations - this list (at the time of writing) is a list of all government departments as provided from data.gov.au. This list may be added to and is expected to be refined over time. This list feeds all the organisation pick lists in the system other than custodian.
