Authority to Distribute Form

The authority to distribute form must be completed for every dataset that is provided to AusSeabed/Geoscience Australia for publication. The form can be used to name multiple datasets as long as the signatory has the authority to licence them to GA for distribution. If a different signatory is required, then a new authority to distribute form will need to be completed.
