Priority Area Retirement Process

A priority area can be removed from the public domain as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Locate the priority area that you wish to remove

Selected priority area record

 

Open the record to the registration page. On this page there are two active buttons available for a published record:

  1. Revise - which allows you to edit the record and re-publish. Revising a record will move it into a state of “Under review” and remove the record from the portal.

  2. Archive - which allows you to archive a record that you are finished with. Archiving a record will move it into a state of “Archived” and will re

To republish a record that is under review, you must:

  1. Meet the minimum data to publish

  2. Click on the Publish button.
