Definition

Completeness relates to the degree the data collected is as intended either by the requirements or scope.  Completements extends to the presence of required attributes and metadata and multiple levels and acquisition reports detailing survey scope, requirements, and any information relevant to the collection and supply of the dataset.   

how complete are the data fields…. what do we expect to get in the raw data and is the structure appropriate?
