A survey plan can be removed from the portal as follows:

1 | Locate the survey plan you wish to remove from the public domain. |  |
2 | Open the plan by selecting the record. |  |
3 | To make amendments to the record, including the record status, click on the “REVISE” button at the top left of the survey plan screen. |  |
4 | Once you have clicked on “REVISE” the status of the record will be altered to “Under Review, v1…..n” (where n represents the number of times a user has revised the record). |  |
5 | A record that has a status of “Under Review” will not be visible on the portal layer. | |
6 | While the record is under review, you will now also have the option to delete the survey plan if that is the outcome that you are looking for. If you wish to delete the record, simply click on the garbage bin icon on the top right of the survey plan record screen. |  |
