3 | Click on the download icon on the page and save the download into a temporary folder. |  |
4 | After the areas have been downloaded, navigate to the Request Summary Screen and click on the download icon. Save the PDF into the same temporary folder. |  |
5 | Create a new email from the AusSeabed email account and send the two downloaded files in the temporary folder to hydro.plans@defence.gov.au with copperplate text as shown. |  |
