User, Organisation and Creation Date are auto-populated by the Marine Data Register tool.
Submission Identifier - This is a user defined free text value. It is recommended that users utilise a naming convention that allows multiple submissions to be distinguished. This could be a Project Code, a Time Period (All Acquisitions collected during Quarter 1 of 2023), or Pete’s Submissions Aug 2023.
Comments - Comments in an optional free text field for additional identification as required.
Reminder that the small red triangle 
in the top left corner of the field indicates the item is Mandatory to complete a submission (validation of these mandatory rules only occurs when the user is ready to Submit the metadata).
