After you have been configured in the AusSeabed Data Hub systems to submit data, the actual process will depend upon you/your organisations preferences with respect to tools, technical expertise and where your data is currently being held. Data Submission Overview

  1. Prepare the data that you wish to submit. (Product Specifications)

  2. Prepare your metadata profile using the AusSeabed metadata tool and requirements

  3. Prepare an upload inventory as per the AusSeabed inventory requirements.

  4. Prepare your Authority to Distribute form

  5. Login to the AusSeabed AWS environment using the provided credentials.

  6. Upload items 1 to 4.

  7. Notify AusSeabed when your upload is complete on ausseabed@ga.gov.au
