Metadata can be provided to a Contributing Hub, in a number of digital formats (.txt, .csv, .xls), for the immediate future until the AusSeabed Metadata and Data submission tool has been developed and released for public access.
Along with the core metadata the following artefacts will be provided.

Please supply all reports in Adobe PDF format. A Report of Survey template can be found at AusSeabed Record Templates.
The reports will include a list of the equipment and software used and version; how the echo sounder transducer was set up and levelled, what vertical reference was used and how depths were reduced to adopted datum. A Levelling diagram is a useful method of confirming that datum adjustments have been carried out correctly.
